First, let me apologize two both of my loyal readers. My computer and I had a disagreement and we just final resolved the issue. So, now that my groveling is out of the way, along with the Christmas presents for Helga, the champagne for the New Year and the comb webs for not playing the last few weeks, on to the dart scores.

The Cabin Tavern hosted Pioneer B this week and politely popped their cork 17 to 2. Being the good sport they are, they did not appear to take the beating to seriously and was smiling the entire evening. It could have been the alcohol, but I would rather say it was the company. Also having a good time was Kristi, she shot a 140, 125 and another 125. Rob didn’t want to be out done, so he also shot a 140. Pat and Helga didn’t have any high scores, but they did have a 116 and 105 on respectively.

Pioneer A also had an enjoyable evening, when the celebrated the win over Hideaway B 16 to 3. Although as far as I can tell the only two people to really party was John who shot a 140 and Zack with a 138. I guess you take what you can get and move on.

Moose and Buckaroo provided a little entertainment, when Moose spun the Buckaroo to a 13 to 6 lose. Sean and Dean appeared to be doing the two step with Sean taking the slight lead. Dean scored a 137 and a 125, but Sean shot a 125 and a 121, along with a 104 out. Mike from the Buckaroo didn’t want the Moose to have all the fun, he also shot a 125 and a 121.

Hideaway A and Flight Deck was both looking for a win to start the New Year, but in the end it was Hideaway getting the New Years wish, 11 to 8. Actually this could have been our league Presidents wish, since he (Tom) had a high score of 128 and a high-on of 105. Is this the first time Tom had his name TWICE on the Readum & Weep?

Anyway, I just want to say it’s good to be back and playing darts on Thursday.
