Alaska Mixed Nuggets is having their general membership meeting or any and all team looking to play the 2010/2011 season. If you're team is not represented at the meeting you will not be able to partake in the league.

Medalist sign ups are going on now for the Fall 2010 season. It's a 10 week season that starts the week of October 3rd and with playoffs should end the week of January 2nd. Medalist fee for all players is $20.00 and must accompany the sign up form. Once again D.S.C. Ventures is operating out of the Time Out Lounge and The Alaska Whaler.

August 14 and 21 the Moose and ASTDA are hosting a BD soft tip tournament starting at 8:00pm with signups starting at 7:30. The Moose is kicking in $300 to the event. Additional monies are dependent upon the number of entries. Cheap drinks, good atmosphere and great competition. See you there.

Okay, here is the notice for the upcomig Medalist General Membership Meeting.
It will be held August 21, at the Moose Lodge at 5:00pm. Topics to include the upcoming season, Team signup sheets, election of officers, and general discussion of the league. It is also steak night ($10) and a Blind Draw to follow. The Moose has generously kicked in additional monies to the BD.
We need all interested parties to show up and spread the word.

I just want to say Good job to all those whom participated in the World Tournament in Las Vegas this last weekend. I know it takes both a financial and time commentment to participate (hence the low turnout) in an event such as this. To all participants both ASTDA and DSC good job and good luck in the upcoming dart season. A board meeting is scheduled to discuss the upcoming season (possible changes to fees, structure etc)and election of officers so keep posted and look for flyers, ask board memebers etc.
